Description
The Artisan is Snapmaker's flagship modular platform combining dual-extrusion 3D printing, a 10 W laser engraver and a CNC router in one enclosed workstation. Swappable linear modules let a single frame handle three completely different workflows, while the touchscreen controller and enclosed chassis keep operation safe and consistent across PLA, PETG, ABS and wood- or carbon-filled composites. A creative studio in a single machine. Because the same linear modules drive all three functions, Snapmaker rates their positioning repeatability at ±0.05 mm regardless of whether a 3D printing, laser or CNC head is mounted, so switching workflows doesn't mean re-learning the machine's behaviour. Combined system power draw is around 750 W across the two module power rails, and the optional 10 W and 40 W laser modules focus down to spot sizes as small as 0.05 × 0.2 mm for fine engraving detail.
