Description
The Jupiter 2 is a large-format resin printer built around a 16K monochrome LCD, resolving fine detail across a 277 × 156 mm plate that's big enough for a full batch of miniatures or a large single model without downscaling. An automatic resin feeding and mixing system keeps the vat topped up and evenly mixed during long prints, removing the manual refilling and stirring that becomes tedious on large-format machines. A reinforced linear Z-axis guide improves layer consistency over the printer's tall 300 mm travel, where lesser rail systems can introduce wobble that shows up as banding on the finished print. With Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity, the Jupiter 2 is built for makers and small studios producing detailed resin prints at production volume rather than one-off models. The COB light engine pairs with a Fresnel collimating lens for a genuinely even cure across the plate, resolving detail down to a 20 × 26 micron pixel pitch, and a roughly 2.5-second exposure per layer keeps large batches moving. Elegoo's own SatelLite slicer is currently the supported path from model to print, tuned specifically for this light engine and resin-handling system.
