Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga

Description

The OrangeStorm Giga is built for parts that simply don't fit on a normal printer: an 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume covers furniture, full-scale props, architectural models and tooling in one piece rather than sectioned and glued. A fully welded steel frame keeps that huge gantry rigid enough to hold layer accuracy at a scale where lighter aluminium frames would flex and introduce visible artefacts. It's rated for high-temperature engineering filaments, not just PLA, so structural and functional large-format parts can use materials suited to load-bearing or heat-exposed applications. Automatic bed calibration handles levelling across such a large plate, where manual adjustment would be impractical, and Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity support running it as production infrastructure rather than a one-off machine. A single print head draws roughly 1530 W to keep such a large heated bed and chamber at temperature, with each additional head adding around 100 W if the frame is expanded for multi-material or multi-part production. Despite its scale, the machine still holds ±0.1 mm print precision and runs on readily available 1.75 mm filament rather than a proprietary format.
