Bambu Lab H2S - Your personal manufacturing hub for 3D printing, laser cutting, and digital cutting The Bambu Lab H2S combines state-of-the-art FDM 3D printing technology with laser engraving, digital cutting, and drawing. With a 340 x 320 x 340 mm build volume, 65 °C active chamber heating, and a servo extruder, it delivers precise results at high speed. Vision encoder feedback ensures sub-50 µm motion accuracy. The H2S is designed for high-performance 3D printing, laser engraving, and digital cutting. The flap-switch airflow system with G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter, and activated carbon stabilizes the process air - reliably with high-temperature materials and equally clean during PLA/PETG printing. Laser, Digital Cutting & Drawing 10 W laser (455 nm) up to 400 mm/s engraving speed, spot size approx. 0.03 x 0.14 mm, cutting depth up to 5 mm (poplar plywood), and visual positioning support. 2nd-Gen 3D Printing Technology Real Servo Motor Extruder: Bambu Labs' proprietary servo drive delivers high extrusion force for high-speed printing without underextrusion - consistent feeding even with challenging materials. Sub-50 µm Motion Accuracy: The vision encoder automatically compensates for mechanical drift and ensures consistently precise path tracking. Full Filament Path AI Detection: 23 sensors and 3 cameras monitor the entire filament path (flow, temperature, consumption). The live view detects "spaghetti prints" and foreign objects early on. Flap-Switch Airflow & Filtration System High-Temperature Printing: The sealed chamber circulates heated, filtered air. This creates stable high-temperature conditions for large-format engineering parts with minimized warpage. Low-Temperature Printing: Cool air flows in through the top vent, while exhaust is filtered - ideal for PLA/PETG and pronounced overhangs, without having to open the doors. Laser Workflow & Safety Laser Cutting/Engraving: The top vent and filter switch flap effectively vent fumes and keep the work area clean. Live Spatial Alignment, Air Assist, and a Laser Safety Window are available for the production workflow. Safety Architecture: A flame-retardant chamber, five flame sensors, and an emergency stop protect operation - complemented by the aforementioned door and temperature monitoring. Fully Evolved AMS (Accessory) Compatible with AMS 2 Pro, AMS, and AMS HT. When used with an AMS, the H2S activates filament odometry for precise consumption measurement and utilizes the existing run-out and tangle detection for process safety. Active Air Vent (AMS 2 Pro): Automatic venting for efficient drying; airtight sealing for extended storage. Auto-Rotate Drying (AMS 2 Pro): Automatic spool rotation for even drying. RFID Sync (AMS 2 Pro): Automatic assignment of drying/material parameters for genuine Bambu filaments. Easy-access Guide Rails (AMS 2 Pro): Transparent guides and quick-release for fast unclamping.
