Description
The top of the Falcon 2 Pro line steps up to a 60 W diode array for single-pass cuts through thicker plywood and acrylic. It keeps the folding safety shield, air assist and smoke monitoring of the 40 W model with meaningfully more cutting headroom, making it the choice for workshops that regularly process dense or thick stock and need to minimise repeat passes. The extra power translates directly into fewer passes on 10-12 mm plywood and thicker acrylic sheet, which matters when you're billing by the job rather than the hour. The same linear-rail gantry and FDS Studio software carry over from the 40 W model, so switching between machines in a multi-unit workshop requires no retraining, just a change in feeds and speeds for the higher-power module.
