Description
The Falcon 2 Pro 40W is built for small workshops that need real cutting depth: a 40 W diode array, a folding safety shield, air assist and smoke/flame monitoring handle plywood, acrylic and coated metal with ease. The higher-power module cuts thicker stock in fewer passes than the entry-level Falcon line, cutting production time on repeat jobs while keeping the same app-driven workflow. A linear rail motion system keeps the gantry rigid at high acceleration, which shows up as cleaner edges on fast engraving passes and fewer skipped steps on long production runs. The folding shield lowers over the work area during operation and lifts out of the way for loading and unloading larger sheet stock, and Creality's FDS Studio software carries over the same batch-processing tools used across the Falcon lineup.
