Description
The Pro2 Plus is an industrial-class machine built around fully independent dual extruders (IDEX), letting each nozzle operate on its own gantry rather than moving together — a design that eliminates oozing and cross-contamination between two different materials, and enables true mirror and duplication print modes for doubled throughput. A 305 × 305 × 605 mm build volume, unusually tall for an FDM printer, suits long parts like architectural models, tooling and fixtures that would need to be printed in sections on shorter machines. The HEPA-filtered enclosure keeps particulates and fumes contained when printing engineering plastics, and a touchscreen with a live internal camera lets an operator monitor the job without opening the chamber. Auto-levelling and a rigid, heavy-duty frame are built for continuous production use rather than occasional desktop printing. A 600 W, 24V power supply keeps both independent hotends and the HEPA-filtered enclosure at temperature during long production runs, and the motion system resolves positioning down to 0.78 microns on X/Y and 0.078 microns on Z — well beyond what any FDM nozzle can physically deposit, which is what lets the IDEX gantries stay in perfect sync during mirror and duplication modes.
