Formlabs BioMed Clear resin is purpose-built for the healthcare sector, offering a hard, stable, and biocompatible material for parts that will be in long-term contact with skin or mucous membranes. It is manufactured in an ISO 13485-certified facility, certified to USP Class VI, and backed by an FDA Device Master File, giving medical device teams a validated path from design to production. Printed parts support conventional sterilisation methods and a 100-micron print resolution on compatible Form 2 and Form 3B printers.
